ABSTRACT

Records management nowadays being a vital function for every business organization.  For some organizations the benefits of records management are more important than for others.  However, many organizations still do not realize that good records management can give many good impacts to business organization.  This article will discuss deeply about the impacts of managing records as strategic resource to business organization in terms of storage and maintenance, easy access and retrieval, economically, and ensure accountability.
