ABSTRACT
The purpose of this article is to focus on the steps of implementing disposition in business records. Disposition is one of the process in records management process where it is the stage of determining which records that still being used by organizations and which records no longer functioned for the organization. The steps in implementing the disposition include; preservation, destruction and transfer custody or can be known as ownership records.
