This paper will highlight a few ways best practices for an organization to practice in manage record in organization as the need of step is as the organization to understand the life cycle concept of records itself due to life cycle concept involves an analogy between the lives of a biological of a record-keeping itself. After all, the need to deeper looks at practical application and implementation of and standards in records management field for example ISO 15489. Nevertheless, as the need for organization to understanding the concepts and frameworks in manage records in any form regardless medium. lastly, organization must critical examine on previous reports of innovative projects or opinion, case study, fostering debate based on critical reviews of the literature and the evidence-based for record professional practice in order to managing record in efficient way.</i></span></div>

Preservation was defined as “the set of processes, strategies and tools used to store and access digital data for long periods of time during which technologies, formats, hardware, software and technical communities are very likely to change. Preservation are important for the future information. There are issues in the preservation that are technological factors, cultural factors, methodological factors, legal factors, social factors and economic factors. There is a way to keep the digital record in the long-term.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: inherit;"><i>This article will discuss about the impact of record management in organization. The impact good governance of record can be seen through the creation, organisation, maintenance and disposition of the records of the organisation which arises as a result of its daily activities. This article will highlight of the impacts of good governance as the management of records supports complex decision-making processes within organizations. Next, minimizes the risks associated with trustworthiness, reliability, protection, organizational image and costs associated with organizational records are linked to records management performance. In addition, organizational will well aware that information on what assets need to be appraised, accessioned, arranged and described so in consequences organization can managed resource effectively. In extras, organization will manage all its records and information-related activities proactively and progressively by control the creation and growth of records. For last, this article also will illustrate why the training in record management need in organization.</i></span></div>

It is impossible to say if there are organizations said that they don’t have any records to be managed in their organizations. Management of records/archives is not being paid much attention by people and organizations even they’re producing or using during their daily life activities (Dikopoulou & Athanassios, 2012). With the creation of records not only one but many records, there’s responsible person needed in order to handle those records. </span><br />

<span style="font-family: inherit;">The responsible person is called as Records Management Professionals which is include as Records Manager, Document Controller and many else. Records professionals earn their place in organizations of business and goals (Mohd Saufi Samsudin, 2014). The aims of this article is to highlight the existence of records management professional where it is one of profession that been question by some people. As according Aliza and Adnan (2010), if there’s question to Malaysian children on what they will be when they grow up, the answers definitely to be a well-known profession such as doctors, engineers, architects and not as a records manager. With the purpose of this article, hopefully the profession as records professional can be seen by most of people because they must know on how much important it is to have records professional in their organizations.</span><br />
